This is bye far the worst pizza hit I've ever been to so sad such a strong mame in the pizza industry is getting g such a bad... rap because of poor management and lazy staff literally the online app is garbage so ever time I place a online order it saysthere was a problem with payment but it shows it go thru on my acct not. So I hav3 to go or call well eventide I order pizza Ihave to drive there and order and wait 35 min cause they want answer and if they do they w I ll put u on hold and never comeback the only way to get food from this restaurant is clearing g your schedule gir an hour here lately we just use papa John'sto prevent the hassle of dealing with there laziness please pizza hut hire a new district manager and a whole new staff fo rLincolnton pizza hut cause this is un acceptable how much money are you gonna loose your gonna let this place go under beforetaking the initiative get your stuff together and do something about it Read more

Terrible store. Food is fine but be prepared to wait forever. Ordered curbside and when I got to the store tried to call the... curbside number and someone answered and immediately hung up without saying anything. Then tried calling back multiple timeswith no answer. Finally had to go in and get the pizza. If you?re not doing curbside then don?t advertise it. This has happenedmultiple times. Update: Went in to get food and multiple workers were just standing around. Claimed they didn?t see us whenone lady was sitting there looking out the window. Food had been given to the wrong person.
