Dinner at Local Roots & Provisions was great! Both steaks, the "L-Town" Strip & the "Hawkins and Proctor" Fillet were cooked... perfectly! We also enjoyed the Garlic Smashed Potatoes and Collard Greens as sharable-sized sides. We'll definitely be back! Read more

Was the second time dining here. First time was great with the braised beef ribs but this time was amazing! I had the NY strip... medium and I chose the garlic butter to watch melt on a perfectly cooked medium steak and the asparagus for the side wasexcellently flavored with a soy sauce, peanut pairing. I had the roots honey whiskey for my drink and I will say it paired greatwith the meal , very high quality drink!! The staff was friendly and informative as to special offerings really couldn't havehad a better experience!!! If you want a gourmet meal, a great atmosphere, really nice place to eat look no further. In myopinion absolutely the best place to eat in Lincolnton and possibly Lincoln county . Thank you local roots and staff forproviding an amazing experience! Read more

This place is good. This is such a small town I've never been to before. Came up to me my friend here. Found this nice... restaurant that must be the busiest in the town. I put our name in and once we got in go seated and addressed efficiently. Theyalso had a live singer going which I enjoyed but also sometimes a little too loud to hear eachother talk. I enjoyed the timehere and the food was good. Sadly only took a picture of the appetizer and not the delicious steak I had. But still would goagain. Once we left the restaurant the streets were dark and not a soul to be seen as if the town became abandoned in the courseof an hour or two. Read more
