Great customer service. Food was delicious.
This chick fil a use to be pretty great but one particular member of the staff is very rude. I come through the drive thru quiet... often and she's always making comments to me about the time I come through and how often I'm there. She's obviously a teamleader or some kind of manager because she wears a different shirt. I placed an order on the app and was 5 mins away and knew Iwould make it before they closed. The app told me to head to the drive thru so I did (the green light was still on) and when Igot to the window they literally just kept looking at me but not doing anything. So she opens the window and says "um what doyou want"? She should not work in customer service with an attitude like that. So I told her I placed an order on the app andshe says well we can do that. I mean I've already paid for the order and everything, it's not my fault you don't pay attentionto any incoming mobile orders. If it's such an issue don't allow mobile orders that close to closing. I understand you want togo home when it's closing time but don't be rude to customers period. I spend enough money with chick fil a that I really expectto not be treated that way. Read more

Chick-fil-A has really went down hill here in lincolnton. My order is always accurate but the quality of the food is not worth... the price. If I wanted my biscuit to fall apart making it unable to pickup and eat I would?ve went tp McDonald?s atleast thereit?s cheaper and kind of expected. Do better! Read more
Drive through is always fast at this fast food place. Orders are usually as we ordered. Milkshakes are GREAT!
I love Chick-fil-A! They always have the freshest tasting chicken, never dry.as always, this location was clean and staff were... friendly. For fast food it can be expensive but worth it for the quality of food. I love the honey roasted bbq sauce. Itypically will use this on any chicken I get. The waffle fries are ok, but with salt and ketchup what is not to like. The macand cheese is good too. I think it was the manager who stopped by each table to check on guests. Overall, great experience andwill always dine at Chick-fil-A. Read more

As with most all chick-fil-as, the parking lot is too small and crowded. But this chick fil a has great service, always fast
