The bagels are good and fresh but considering the price, this is the very least that you can expect. What very much surprised me... is that the employee is handling the bagels with bare hands while switching back and forth between cash register and fresh bakedgoods. The food is inconsistent. A few weeks ago I had someone buy an Avocado Bagel for me that was delicious with a generous portion... of avocado and sesame spread evenly on the bagel. Today, I buy one for myself and they were skimpy on both avocado and sesameseeds. Will not be back. Read more
I wish this experience was better but the only thing yummy was the ice caramel macchiato and strawberry banana was okay. The... sandwiches were yummy but made poorly. Ingredients in the breakfast sandwich was put together when you ate it, it was justfalling apart and not fully cut in half. The dude couldn?t even take off his gloves after making the sandwich and got sauce allover the bag and outside of the sandwich wrapper so it was just a messy meal. 1 star for the employee who serves you the food and is very polite. 0 stars for the two men at the register ... very... unprofessional inappropriate personal conversations and very disrespectful to talk about their stories for minutes on whileignoring the customers (knowing we are standing in line patiently). The business owner should tidy up their service andprofessionalism before they deter more customers. Read more
This is the best Einstein Bagels ever. I stopped in this morning to grab an iced coffee and an everything bagel (both were... perfect and delicious) before getting my hair styled at Zaza Salon next door. However, I was in a rush and accidentally left mykeys there before leaving for a 2.5 hour hair appointment. The manager or owner (I wish I was able to get his name!) then wentto all the businesses in the same strip mall to see if he could help reunite the keys with me (my name is on an ID card) and heand the Salon were able to help get my keys back to me. He also posted a note on my car letting me know that my keys were safelyinside Einstein Bagels - so nice! I just want to say that he went above and beyond and I really appreciate this true act ofkindness. He really saved the day!! Thank you and I so appreciate you! ???? ?????????????????? Very pleasant management. I go for The farmhouse bagels with two eggs, orange juice, and a small coffee. Best... breakfast sandwiches by far of any chain. The bathrooms are clean and the coffee pots are full, can't say anything bad aboutthis store. My husband just went to get bagels this morning. The service at this location is not good. Instead of a good morning he was... received with someone with no personality and the other employee that was on the register was more interested in being on hispersonal cell phone than waiting on my husband.
