Customer service needs a whole lot of inprovement and training. Horrible. It seems that people who works here are miserable and... unhappy. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt but - I hope they get through with whatever they are going through.Management, please train you staff with good customer service. I ordered iced coffee. I said large ice coffee. Lady asked mewhat size, i said Large again. Lady didnt event have a follow up question about cream and sugar and any additional order. ????just so disappointing especially of this is the ?start? your day. Read more

Just went to location. Could not hear anything due to landscaping. Finally the person behind the microphone said please come to... window. I got in line at 9:48 and there was 2 card in front of me. By 10:03 I finally was able to get to window. Unfortunately Ihad a zoom to be on at 10. Kept driving and said you took to long needed to go!! Ridiculous!? Read more
Nice staff. Get my orders quick but they always get it wrong and I end up realizing it after I drive off. They don't seem to... know the difference between a flavor shot vs a flavor swirl. I always order a flavor shot and end up with swirl. ??????? Read more

Worst ever !! One year later, nothing improved .. one lady take order and fill order at the same time, wears one glove ? so no... more here for us. Wait 10 mins still can?t give order . If you decide to leave sorry you can?t because there is only onelane.
