Never get it delivered from the Wyoming location!!! They sent me what they felt like sending me. I ordered latte's and got... regular coffee. I ordered donuts and they got that wrong. A big shot out to cooperate for refunding my money so quickly. Read more

i can?t, i?ve been waiting 32 minutes in the line and all i got were avocado toast and 2 strawberry coconut milks. When we got... there they were taking very long to respond as if they were messing around, they were also playing music. When we got the foodand drinks, the toast had sprinkles in it and the drinks were just coconut milk (if they were even coconut milk). The peoplewere also rude. Read more
The latte was not blended well at all, it had no flavor to it even after I tried mixing it more. Bagel was great.
so here's my thing, as big truck drivers we can't use the drive thru nor can we risk the safety of the crew by bringing our... truck that close to the building hopping in and out. but to immediately turn us down with such a rude attitude is ridiculous.then to flaunt that not only does she not care but her manager who is present doesn't either. honestly a waste of a location ifthis is the crew that represents him Horton's.if if you want him hortons, there's a Starbucks just before them that's worth yourtime just saying. crew act like a little work hurts. The employees (2) were doing their best! Took longer than normal to get my order which is fine. The coffee was hot and fresh but... no sugar or creamer like I ordered. Tim bits were hard and dry, very disappointing! I quit going to this location about 6 monthsago, figured I would give it another shot. Waste of money to got there. Went before school to get my daughter an iced capp. On the way to school, she noticed it was dripping on her shirt. I checked... the cup...there were 2. When I pulled the cup out, it was cracked. I called the store and spoke to the "manager" Seth. Iexplained what happened. He said they had a new blender that cracked the cups. I said they should have put it in a new cup. Iwanted to show him the cup. When I walked in, he handed me a refund for only a medium one and when I gave him the cup, he justthrew I away. 1. Not happy the way I was treated as a customer. 2. Could have been a teaching moment so the crew understoodwhy they need to replace the broken cups. Read more
Ordered a bacon everything bagel.. got home and it had lettuce. Called and was told I could get my sandwich remade. Came back... and 3 ladies argued and insisted the bacon everything bagel has lettuce. I told them it never has before and the pic doesn'teven have lettuce. They were confusing the BELT with what i ordered even though I was the one made to feel stupid. They remadeit and I didn't look at it. Got home and it was a sausage egg cheese bagel.
