I never eat at taco hell. They use up to 30% (wood pulp) cellulose filler in the ground beef. Yuk and a rip off.
Theyre so ridiculously stingey with topping! They act like the food comes out of their paycheck should?ve went to del taco!
Very disappointed with the quality of food put out here. Every time there is either an item missing or given a wrong item.... There's barely anything put into the burritos and tacos just all shell or tortilla. Ordered a five layer burrito and thisburrito in the picture is what was recieved, completely wrong item and hardly nothing inside. The fiesta potatoes given was asmall spoonful with hardly no toppings. First, I want to state that I appreciate the challenges all service industries are facing. I'm thrilled that we got to feed my... family Taco Bell tonight. That said, the crew working tonight was less than impressive. The order taker was not hearing me whenI ordered food items, and then I could not understand him when he responded. Looking at the order as it came up, I was happy toget most of what I ordered. I asked for enough sauces for four people. I specifically asked for Breakfast Salsa. After waitingfor our food for nearly 35 minutes, we were handed a bag with presumable food and a party-pack box of tacos. Nothing was said tome like "You're all set." or even ?Thank you for waiting, sorry it took so long.? Not one word. While the line was at acomplete stop, I watched the guy taking orders and saw that he was on his cell phone, and the other guy standing there handingout food was doing nothing but standing in the window. When I got home, both of my tacos for the two Crunch Wrap Combos Iordered were missing their tacos, and there were no sauces, and all of the food was cold. I could see the employees werewearing masks, but the masks were worn beneath their noses. I could not see the people making the food, but I have no reason tobelieve they were following proper COVID safety protocols since the window people weren't. The order taker also filled thedrinks and lined them up against the window. Then he proceeded to go back to his cell phone. Maybe the crew is new, or needmore training.
