Beware: Guy on night shift doesn?t make the latte drinks properly. He uses old espresso shots that are sitting in the metal cup... underneath the espresso machine that he didn?t even ?pull?, could even be just old coffee that he puts in that metal cup. I?veworked at a coffee shop before; you add the flavored syrup, milk, and ice, then pull the espresso shots on top and then stir. Hedoesn?t pull the espresso shots for the lattes. He?s probably an owner or family member that is trying to save money by usingold coffee that he doesn?t want to toss out instead of giving you actual fresh shots of espresso. When I go during the day, theladies make the drinks correctly, but at night, nope, it?s just that same guy every single night, and I?ve finally found out whymy niece?s iced lattes always tasted like watered down old coffee. I went in just to see what he?s been doing to her drinks.He?s a cheap employee trying to save money on syrups, milk, and espresso (cause he used less amounts of all that night). Justwatch him make your lattes and you?ll see exactly what I mean. The dishonesty to get one over on the customers is disgusting.Lost my business. Read more

Their ice coffee drinks are great; you can add flavors and get whipped cream and caramel on top, they have breakfast sandwiches... and all types of donuts and flavored coffee drinks. Read more
When I arrived the line was to the door. The staff pleasantly and politely worked their way through the line. In all maybe a 5... min wait in line and a 5 min wait for the food. I also tried the breakfast sandwiches and hashbrowns, not to bad. It was a goodexperience overall. Read more
They are pretty fast. I love using the app and not waiting in line. My drinks are usually made well. The muffins are always too... dry and too much sugar. The rest of the food from there is good. Read more
OK the Dunkin located on Dix in Lincoln Park, the staff is great super friendly but first the donuts, Where Are The Donuts! they... only have a small selection. Now I don't go very early but by early afternoon they only have a very very small selection andthey are not all fresh some are obviously day olds and this is almost any day I go back because I have a child that likes dunkinand since its close to home I guess I am hoping they will get better but so far it hasn't, and then there is the ice cream onthat side of the store the roof is leaking right over the ice cream they have a small bucket there to collect the water that isobviously leaking into the ice cream so all the ice cream on the left side of the cooler looks a little melted and probably hasa little roof water in it...yuck! The doughnuts are as great as ever but it's getting too pricey to bring to the office. 2 dozen donuts was more than $32
