Good chicken but...the sauce is so low effort... it's gross. The cole slaw is chopped into a gross...slop...what are you... thinking guys? The bread is..yuck. Continuity of a business relies on coming to terms with issues like this...take it from acook, these aren't good standards for your sides. I asked for extra butter on my potatoes as well as extra barbecue sauce. Beyond that they literally took two whole potatoes, cut... them in 4s and served it as my broasted potatoes. They NEVER serve potatoes this effortless. I called and was met with anattitude. The potatoes are my favorite thing and they were not correct and I didn't get my extras to make it worse. Went yesterday and had 3pc cod, chicken breast, and fried mushrooms. It was all good. Went today and got 5pc whole wings, corn,... and the shack potatoes. That butter sauce on the potatoes is straight crack! Be careful with that stuff. Food today was better.Wife and I will be back again! Read more
Food is beyond amazing delicious. Ordered to go through door dash. Since they used to have a chicken shack app but don't... anymore. Guy notified that my order was ready. Proceed to store, order not ready. Watched no less than 5 people walk in, order,get their orders and leave before my order was ready. Guess I'll just go there and order next time. Or i dunno it's 2022, get anapp. Can't be that hard everyone has one. Read more

Chicken and service is amazing. I got the tender snack with potatoes. Drove it back to work and it was still hot, crunchy, and... super juicy. Not to mention it was done in a timely manner and they have never messed the order up. Read more
Ordered rib snack w/boasted potatoes. Got home potatoes were crunchy, not cooked enough. Called back to chicken shack to be told... I would have to burn more gas and return them for replacement, no other option could or was offered. Terrible customer service! Read more
UPDATE NOVEMBER 2022: Praise be to the poultry gods, Chicken Shack has returned their chicken bites back to their deliciously... pouffy hand battered origins. Though the pangs of utter betrayal and hungered disappointment ran deep, Chicken Shack has, itseems, learned the error of their glorified chicken nugget ways, and order has at long last been restored.
