The new location is easily accessible and clean. The employees are super friendly and the frozen yogurt is a go to for a healthy... snack or fun with the family. The bubble teas have soooooo many flavors to choose from and a big selection of boba from regulartapioca, popping boba, to jellies all in various flavors. I almost did not go here because of the reviews. We were shopping at the outlets & figured I?d check it out anyway, asked if I... could sample one of the bobas & found nothing wrong with the taste or consistency. I was extremely disappointed with the bubble tea I got. I went in with low expectations and I advise everyone do the same if... they have actually had good boba. I threw my overpriced drink away right when I left. The tapioca is very hard and chewy and islacking any flavor and the flavor it does have tastes artificial and disgusting. I really enjoy this place because they have a cute, friendly atmosphere and pretty good customer service! The first time I went... here, I asked the employee what she recommended which was the lavender tapioca bubble tea (which is now my favorite too)! Shewas super sweet and had exceptional customer service! The only two reasons I have not given 5 stars is because it is verypricey, and the last time I went in, I had to wait a few minutes and the store seemed to be pretty much empty (no employees).Finally, someone came from the back, but they weren?t too friendly. Rather, they seemed to be in a hurry. They didn?t say?hello? or anything, but just went straight to asking for my order. I?m not very familiar with this place yet and when I wastrying to describe what I had got last time, she interrupted and said ?you mean bubble tea?. She didn?t seem to ask this as aclarification, but more like she was correcting me. Besides the poor customer service, she did make my drink correctly and itwas pretty tasty!
