Visiting from out of town and I'm extremely glad I found this place. Ordered a half pepperoni half cheese pizza and some cheese... sticks. Pizza was delish... Cooked with a perfectly crisp crust. Whatever you do, for all that is holy, DO NOT GET THE SEAFOOD PIZZA! Mozzarella sticks were pretty good. Diet Pepsi was good.... Cool chandeliers too. But my lord, that seafood pizza will haunt me for the rest of my life. Read more
The old-school pizza parlor vibes here are IMMACULATE. Booths and tables to accommodate groups of all quantities. Dope little... arcade space. Pizza: Solid. Crispy crust. Toppings applied liberally. Cheese galore. Unfortunately, because the cheese isapplied on top of the toppings you loose that ooey-gooey stretch of cheese beneath your toppings and it?s a crispy chunk ofcheese. We ordered a CYO with white garlic sauce and upon receiving our pizza somehow ended up with some kind of garlic butter?Not a white sauce. Was still kinda tasty. Just unexpected. Not at all what they used to be. Staff has trouble understanding English: "double pepperoni with minced garlic" There is no... minced garlic and the pepperoni looks scarce as you can see. Obviously new management and or suppliers. The meat tasted weird,the cheese tasted chalky, and the sauce, like something altogether. Gallucci's is NOT the Gallucci's true fans remember. Ohyeah! Very good crust, mild thick paste sauce, liberal toppings, good bake ... overall a superb pie. Fair price, fun appetizers but... no antipasta salad, no calzone and no Stromboli ... clean private booth seating. Definitely a great choice especially on arainy Monday mid winter night. I remember this pizza being so much better in years past. It is still good, but they cake the cheese on in a thick layer on the... top now with no cheese underneath so you can?t see the toppings, and when you take a bite, the entire top of the pizza slidesoff the crust. If you eat it cold the next day, the thick cheese layer will flip up and slap you in the face and the toppingsjust fall off. I picked this place because when reading reviews of pizza places in Lincoln City, it was a choice between thisplace and a different one that supposedly has amazing pizza if you are willing to be verbally abused by the owner for it. Pros: The atmosphere of this pizza parlor is amazing!! I loved the decor. It's been a long time since I've been to a parlor like... this. They served the soda in pitchers which I really liked. There's a small arcade too and some little prize games. The staffwere friendly, and refunded some cash that the photo booth ate. Cons: Honestly my only real issue was with the pizza, which iskind of a big deal. I felt that my pizza didn't have much flavor. I don't know if it was in the lack of sauce or unseasonedcrust. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. I wouldn't come here again unless I heard about a recipe change. The jojos were alsonotably soft which I didn't love. Read more
I don't usually leave one star reviews but if I can help one person save their money by ordering domino's or ANYTHING else, then... hopefully I've done my part. This is by far the worst pizza I've ever had. We also ordered bacon cheese fries and wings whichwere also just as terrible. The fries tasted like old carnival oil and were soggy as can be. The wings, they were dry and burntto a crisp. Good luck trying to bite into the rock hard wing. You can try dipping it into the flavorless ranch to soften yourbite. The pizza was just bad all around. No flavor. Dry, thick crust. The cheese had no pull whatsoever, just a dry hockeypuck.For some reason our pepperoni pizza had the pepp underneath the cheese causing the cheese and pepperoni to stick together thenpeel away from the pizza crust. Save your money. As a foodie, I love trying new restaurants and don't mind paying higherprices. This was NOT it. Do not waste $65 here when you can throw some pizza rolls in the microwave and have more satisfaction.The best part was the Pepsi. The worst part was they weren't delivering at the time so I had to come pick up thisdisappointment. Read more
