Very friendly staff here who were happy to serve me even ten minutes before closing. I felt bad coming in for ice cream so... late. Yum! I?ve never had cold stone until NOW! It?s so good!

Came here a few weeks ago and the service was great. Tonight I walk in and 2 young men were helping the gentleman in front of me... while 2 young girls made their own ice cream, went to the back to eat it, then come back out to make more. All this time I havenot been greeted. 15 min later right before closing I decided that I would write a review instead of wasting more of my time. The younger individuals need to understand the customer should be helped way before yourself and if your off the clock you couldatleast greet the customer or acknowledge their existence. Read more

Such a delicious treat since we don't have one at home. Ice cream cakes, ice cream cupcakes, pre-packed ice creams, and the... classic scoops, cones, and bowls available. My favorite is cake batter & sweet cream ice cream with cherry pie filling, brownies, and almonds. Yum! Facilities are clean and have outdoor seating available. Public restrooms are clean. Ice cream is much more expensive these days at any ice cream shop which is very disappointing. I got the Oreo overload which was... delicious. I always get the sweet cream ice cream and it is always delicious. This location interestingly has a drive-throughwhich made us able to skip the big line that was inside the store. Using the drive-through to not wait as long was awesome. Read more
