Very friendly staff here who were happy to serve me even ten minutes before closing. I felt bad coming in for ice cream so... late. Fortunately the young employees there were very nice, and didn?t seem to mind that I came in so late which made theexperience very pleasant! I would definitely come back! Read more
Yum! I?ve never had cold stone until NOW! It?s so good!
Came here a few weeks ago and the service was great. Tonight I walk in and 2 young men were helping the gentleman in front of me... while 2 young girls made their own ice cream, went to the back to eat it, then come back out to make more. All this time I havenot been greeted. 15 min later right before closing I decided that I would write a review instead of wasting more of my time. The younger individuals need to understand the customer should be helped way before yourself and if your off the clock you couldatleast greet the customer or acknowledge their existence. Read more
