Drinks were sub par and they labeled the drinks wrong and gave my daughter the caramel crunch frappe with coffee instead of the... one without it. None of the drinks were made correctly or taste right and my son found hair in his drink! SO DISAPPOINTING!???? Read more
(Edited to say there seems to be a new shift leader in the morning and the experience is improving a lot. I only added one... star?but if they can stay consistent in service and get more consistent in supply, at least to the same level as nearbylocations, I?d go up to five quickly. Old review below.) So many times I?ve come here to pick up my mobile order and they don?teven start it until you arrive to pick it up?which isn?t the point of mobile ordering. Also, I get the supply chain issues, butlemonade? There?s literally a truck in the parking lot that sells lemonade. Maybe Starbucks needs to think outside the box andlet its managers source simple things like that. As I look at their app, they?re out of stock of more than they actually have.Just disappointing. This is the worst Starbucks on the face of the planet. They are always having a meltdown. They are always glazed over waltzing... around the store just glad to be making people late for work or screwing up orders. The other day I was standing waiting for adrink for over ten minutes that I ordered in the store because the half wits put it over at the online pick up instead. Consistently out of stock. If they can't keep it stocked with basic drink ingredients they have no business staying open. Just... save yourself time and walk to the Target across the parking lot cause they never run out of anything. Read more
The drive-thru is very bearable and I never feel like orders take exceedingly long. The biggest downside of this location is the... fact that past 4 cars in the drive-thru, you start blocking traffic. This isn't an inconvenience to you, but can be a painnavigating correctly. I thought the dark roast served..was rich.robust in the experience. And as always ...served with a wonderful warm smile. That's... the way it is in Starbucks..Everyday. Especially there's a magic to the Holiday season. A phenomena to beheld.. Justsitting,relaxing..doing some work or just playing a game of online chess.its GREAT.. If I could give zero stars I would. I was the only one that ordered at the register and was waiting for 2 drinks however took... them over 30 mins to make my drinks the barista continued making mobile orders for guests who were not in the store waiting andproceeded to have me wait?. I saw about 6 cars in and out of drive thru I should have went through it Will not be coming back tothis location. Read more
