McDonald's used to be good now its service is horrible and the food was nasty

Poor customer service. I ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe Meal. After taking my money, they tell me to pull ahead so they could... serve people behind me because my food wasn't ready. Normally, I don't mind doing this but I've been burned in the past byMcDonald's who completely forgot to serve me after I patiently waited as lines and lines of people behind me got their food anddrove off. I'm pretty sure some fast food chains (I.E. Del Taco) have timers at fast food windows to measure certain metricsand ask customers to pull forward to 'game the system'. Anyhow, I wasn't having any of that "letting people behind me get theirfood first as if I don't understand how a proper queue works." So I tell the worker I'm not pulling ahead that I'll wait at thewindow, worker then reports it to the manager... manager comes to the window and explains she's the manager and I need to pullahead because my foods not ready. "I said I'll here". She tells me if I don't leave the window (without my food) she's goingto refund my order. So reluctantly, I hand her my Credit Card and she refunds the order. I drive off hangrily with my freediet coke. Read more
Jayna the DM was present for a minor hiccup with my order. It was no big deal really so I?ll spare the details. She heard the... problem from a distance and jumped into action to resolve. The place was clean and the cashier was so upbeat and polite! Just a positive vibe in the place.
Waited 45 min for my food for them to mess it up. Maybe if you paid your employees more than ?up to 14$/hr? as advertised you... would have enough help to get orders out quickly Read more
Staff super friendly and accommodating however, when I brought my boys to dine-in after the movies each and every Booth we tried... to sit at was extremely messy. Tables were covered with crumbs floors had a bunch of french fries all over it. Again the staffwe're super accommodating and friendly, it just was kind of unfortunate that we couldn't find a clean spot to sit. Read more
