Mixed feelings. The first thing in the morning crew is absolutely amazing! BUT the staff quality drops drastically as soon as... the second shift shows up. 20 minutes in the store for 2 orders of hashbrowns that were ordered ahead of time through the app.Salt in the wound was nobody acknowledging I've been standing at the counter the whole time. This used to be one of my favorite Dunkin's but my experience today has me never wanting to return. I was placing a larger... order so went inside as I didn't want to hold up the drive thru (Common courtesy for those that don't know). But what Iwitnessed by half of the staff was disgraceful. I walked in to what appeared to be a supervisor or manager yelling at or aboutanother employee while walking towards the back with 2 other employees. There was one girl working the drive thru window. Oneboy making sandwiches. One boy trying to help the other 2 on drive thru. They were trying. I waited 2 minutes with noacknowledgement. At that point, the "supervisor" and 2 other employees came out from the back and started walking outside. Thehelper asked where they were going. One told him it was none of his business. I was still unacknowledged. Finally after almost5 minutes, the girl working the drive thru asked the helper to assist me. He did apologize and I was cutting them slack as atleast they were trying. So I placed my order and waited patiently. Meanwhile, 2 other customers had come in and also had towait. The other 3 staff members made there way back in but none of them tried to help the paying customers. One had friends comein and she made them drinks (no payment was exchanged) while yelling across the store back and forth to them and veryinappropriately. One of the other paying customers and I were waiting for our food, looking at each other in disbelief, andtrying to point out how horrible it all came off to the "supervisor" until she started up with more yelling and vulgarity.Finally my food was ready and I was out of there. I wish I knew the names of the 3 that were actually holding the place together(all appeared to be teens) while the other 3 twenty somethings were causing scenes and catering to their friends. Same as every other they do good work but i think there coffee is weak and expensive.. people complain about gas prices then... spend 20$ a gal on DD coffee every day? Idk coffee should be no more then $1.50 for large but i guess when youhave 8 peopleworking per shift you gotta up the price Read more
