Valentino's to go offers in store pickup or you have the option of having your food brought out to your car. Ordering food... online is quick, simple and easy. I prefer going to the desktop website versus the mobile app side. Just a personal preferencein how the site is laid out. Our food was delicious. Always great food. Lately they?ve been running behind (who hasn?t been with serving shortages?) but had a good attitude about... how slammed they were and apologized for the wait. Still good, but not as mouth-watering as they used to be... In the past, I'd order my "surf-n-turf" pizza, with hamburger,... shrimp, g. pepper, onion, mushroom. ?Patience is a virtue? At first I was slightly annoyed, Because I ordered online take out which indicated it might take 20... minutes or more depending on how busy it is. Which is totally understandable. The place was extremely busy, Which in my opinionmeans the food is pretty good. I waited patiently because you could see the work staff was working hard to fill everybody?sorders. Once I got home I realized that the salad was incorrect and I was missing garlic bread. I realized it was an honestmistake because they were extremely busy. But you always want what you paid for. I decided to call the store and talk to themanager (Dennis) I explain the situation and told him I wasn?t mad I just asked if it would be possible to get a refund for thegarlic bread. *** this manager should get a raise! He not only apologized for the honest mistake and said he would be willingto deliver me a gift card tonight. I told him that I knew he was very busy and I would be willing to pick up the gift card thenext day. Way to go Valentino?s Business Motto. Not only is your food good but you have great employees!
