I absolutely love this place and try to visit every time I'm in town and it's open! It's nice that it's very clearly a... family-run operation and the owners are sometimes able to go on vacation over the holidays with customers remaining loyal. Thefood is always delicious, in the dozen-plus times I've been here they've never made any mistake on my table's order despitesomewhat complex orders, and the prices seem pretty unbeatable for the amount you get. Two people could easily split any of therice dishes if they don't want leftovers. Also, as far as Indian restaurants go in the US, its food absolutely isn't bland. Read more

Absolutely delicious and reasonable priced food. Much better than some other Indian food places in town which I will not name.... Very friendly staff on top of that. We will definitely be back. Read more

In the words of the new teenagers, ? this restaurant slaps!? Every single time I come to this restaurant it is a absolute... pleasure the staff are amazingly courteous the food is consistently delicious and the atmosphere is contagious. There is nobetter place to dine in Lincoln than at Tandor ! I?ve been enjoying this restaurant for well over 10 years you can?t go wrongby eating here. Also there are many vegan options and the menu is fully customizable as they seem to cook everyone everythingfrom scratch. This is definitely my favorite Indian cuisine nationwide and I?ve been to some places. Read more

Honestly was really disappointed with this place. Ordered Chicken Tikka Madras for takeout, which is supposed to have a tomato... base. Dish came out yellow and tasted nothing like madras. Very bland, kinda tasted like I was eating straight coconut milk withminimal spices. Was really looking forward to trying this place for a while and sad it not live up to the hype. Photo of themadras for reference. The rice also isn?t basmati which is definitely strange for an Indian restaurant. Would not recommend onebit and I?m honestly surprised it has the good reviews it does. Read more

I took a friend here today to introduce him to some vegan Indian food. We purchased the following: Masoor Dal - yellow lentils... cooked with onions, tomatoes, red peppers, cumin seeds and spices. Mah Dal - red kidney beans and black lentils cooked withtomatoes, ginger, spices and garnished with garlic fried in margarine. Vegetable Samosa - fried pastry stuffed with potatoes andpeas. My friend love the food so much he said "eating healthy vegan food is like at another level!" Read more

The fried rice was terrible no spice and just rice and eggs. Coke didn?t taste like a coke it was not carbonated. Fried rice... tasted so much like Indian style not Chinese style didn?t have soy sauce . If you want the real Indian taste food wouldn?trecommend it to any one. Read more
