I normally go to this Taco Bell, the drive thru was easier to navigate than the one on O. But tonight was disappointing. My... partner grabbed food for us on the way home. He mentioned that the drive-thru was busy, which I know isn't fun for the staff, Iwork in fast food myself. But the food he brought home had been cold, the cheese not even melted on my quesadillas and they weremissing that queso sauce. I didn't want to call and make a fuss, I'm sure it's stressful enough, I've seen how full theirdrive-thru can get. But please, quality is important. You guys have done great so far, it's sucks to have a bad experience likethis. Read more
Everyone is always friendly, orders are typically correct most of the time. It's just they have some long wait times at moments... which can be a bit much. But other than that, I think it's pretty okay. Would recommend. Read more
Food was good. They were fast considering it was rush hour. However the low rating is because this place is filthy. About half... the tables were dirty. No one was walking around cleaning the entire time we were there. Also they forgot part of our order, which happens, but it took way too long to fix it. Dine in, food was out hot, and quick. Had a quesadilla and a couple special order tacos made correctly, no issues. Staff made... rounds to keep the dining area clean, didn't see restrooms. Read more
Bruh. 7:30min day part average during night shift, bottlenecking at order? Insane. Y'all have multiple workers and lobby is... closed. One person takes orders, anyone else on shift helps cook. Bad management imo. Also, I got 137 hot sauce packets in myorder. Read more
Very disappointed in the food. Smashed chips with something that was burnt beyond recognition in the bag, think its a pc of... potato. Cheese sauce container was only 25% full and cold. 5 layer burrito was mainly all beans. The drive thru staff was nicethough. Guy on the headset was really nice and helpful. Read more
I ordered a bean burrito easy red sauce add meat. I received a bean burrito with only beans and EXTRA beans. I could not eat it.... I waited 20 minutes at the drive through for this garbage. Also, I worked four years at taco inn so I know how to fold aburrito. The thing that I was handed was unsalvageable. The manager last night Carlos was awesome. Super polite! They forgot our sauces and he personally brought them out to us good... attitude good customer service! Also the guy taking orders was very up beat and polite as well. They didn't have co2 and he gaveus other options to make up for it!! Read more
