Last night was our first time in the new location, and we could not have had a better date night. It was our first night out... without our kids in almost three years, in fact the last time we ate here was when we were trying to use the spicy menu to sendmy wife into labor! From the moment you walk in you’re enveloped by the vibe of the great music and decor. It wasn’t busy,and the service was great. My wife loved her ‘Rasta pasta’ and jerked chicken, and though the jerked pulled pork was spicythe flavor was amazing! The jollof rice, pineapple mango coleslaw, and the fried plantains were literal perfection and formed asymphony of flavors that instantly transported us from the dreary windy Nebraska night, to our own Caribbean vacation! Wefinished off our meal with one of each of their amazing cheesecakes, coconut and rum, and not only were they at the height ofdeliciousness, the presentation of the desserts in such a casual dining spot was surprisingly thoughtful! After such a long timesince our last visit, we can’t help but feel this is one of the best spots to have an exquisite dining experience in Lincoln!Could not recommend Stur 22 more! Read more
Best food in Lincoln, HANDS DOWN. I usually get the jerk wings for an appetizer and the rasta pasta for an entree but everything... on the menu is super good. The service is always super nice and friendly and the atmosphere is just spectacular. Do yourself afavor and stop in here for a meal. Read more
This was hands down the BEST food I've had in a long time! From the drinks, to the tastiest wings and street tacos ever,... absolutely AMAZING!! Fonzie was our server and bartender last night, he was super cool and top notch in EVERY way!! This is ournew go to place, they deserve 10 stars!! Thank you so much for catering my son's wedding on 30July 2022. At Waconda Woods and Gardens. The food was absolutely AMAZING... along with the service. The Jerk chicken and rice and peas were done to perfection (I am Jamaican so I know) the jollof ricewas the best I ever tasted. My sister and the rest of the family tried the red stew and loved it. I don't know how I found this place but it was a real hidden gem! That Jerk Chicken is just amazing! Same with that the mango... pineapple salsa. And also that rice and peas. My fiance and I came here for our our anniversary dinner and made it around 9:30just when the kitchen was closing. The server was super nice and she still put in an order for us to go. We both got jerkchicken with rice and peas. For the side it was greens, one mango pineapple salsa and one mango pineapple coleslaw. The chickenwas so flavorful, I cannot describe it! Probably spicy and just amazing. Even the rice was really good. A neutral subtle flavorbut perfectly soft and not too sticky and just very smooth if I had to give a descriptive word. That slaw was really nice aswell and same with that salsa. We could have just had those plain by itself as well, haha. For the greens, I really recommendthe Zulu dressing. The citrus was just meh. Another downside was that the portion of the greens was very small, so overall therewere barely any veggies in the meal. We also got a Rum Butter Cheesecake for dessert - They gave it to us for free. This is my husband and I new go to! The food is amazing and very flavorful. It took our minds back to our hometown and his... culture. The vibe is very chill and the music was nice as well. You can come as a family or for date night! Eating at Stur 22took my mind to another place. 10/10 please go visit Charles at his beautiful restaurant. Read more
