Had the Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino today. Seriously, it had "red sugar crystals" sprinkled on top. Don't they understand the... chocolate curls are what makes the drink! ???? Normally when I come here the people that know us make our drink just fine.. but today the cashier at the window wanted to be... funny and give us extra, extra, extra, extra caramel.. so we ended up with 3 inches of it.. then we asked for it to be remade itwas super easy watery. I really don?t understand why it?s so hard, when the people that know us do it just fine. This is myreceipt number #717568. I feel like for as much as I pay, I would like my drink without the attitude and passive aggressivenessby giving excessive amounts of caramel. I put in a mobile order for 1 drink, waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and then they told me that it wasn't ready yet so I... needed to come inside. There was no parking available in their parking lot so I had to park in a neighborhood and walk with mybaby to get inside. Waited another 10 minutes inside and then found out that they gave my drink to the wrong person. I justleft. Read more
Drink was good however the barista taking our order forgot to shut her headset off and was trash talking how we ordered our... drink, was very rude, we addressed it at the window and she laughed it off saying ?no worries? definitely need some customerservice etiquette. Read more

Most of the time I have kind and warming encounters with staff at Starbucks. I am not a frequenter of this location, but the... barista that made my drinks was very rude and abrasive. I was probably in the wrong and I will admit this. The straws a keptbehind a plastic barrier and when I was speaking about the lids she had walked off before I could ask for a straw. I did shimmya straw up from underneath the plastic barrier and at the time she was off making my second drink. When she returned she askedkind of snidely if I needed a straw for my second one as well. I replied no. But I pointed to the green stopper asking if thatwould work for the hole in the lid. She snapped at me say ?please don?t reach over a grab things?. I told her I didn?t plan onit I was just asking the question. She said you already reached over to get a straw and I said I just took one from underneath.She said it?s still a barrier and walked off. The dining area was clean. The staff was nice, friendly, and fast. Got my order mixed up, but was fixed once they noticed the... mistake. Over all, not bad. I will stop in at a Starbucks after the Covid-19 is over, to enjoy their coffee. Keep up the mostexcellent work. Read more
Always busy but that's because they do it right. The staff are super friendly.
