Normally when I come here the people that know us make our drink just fine.. but today the cashier at the window wanted to be... funny and give us extra, extra, extra, extra caramel.. so we ended up with 3 inches of it.. then we asked for it to be remade itwas super easy watery. I really don?t understand why it?s so hard, when the people that know us do it just fine. This is myreceipt number #717568. I feel like for as much as I pay, I would like my drink without the attitude and passive aggressivenessby giving excessive amounts of caramel. I put in a mobile order for 1 drink, waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and then they told me that it wasn't ready yet so I... needed to come inside. There was no parking available in their parking lot so I had to park in a neighborhood and walk with mybaby to get inside.
