Everytime I've ordered from Uber eats at this location I've gotten my order wrong. I've ordered atleast 10 times in the past... year. Whether it's missing items, receiving someone else's order, or having drinks very very poorly made (like undrinkable). Notsure if it's just certain baristas working before noon, it's the location, or the fact that I'm ordering from Uber eats. WhenI've gone through the drive through or ordered the drink via the app it's sometimes okay, but there's been a few times where thedrink wasn't quite right. I just wish this Starbucks had more consistency and stuck to how they were trained to make drinks sothe order tastes the same each time. I think I'll drive a little further for my drinks going forward, and I'd highly recommendgoing to literally any other Starbucks for your coffee. Read more

I had done a mobile order early in the morning and then my car broke down and I could get in until hours later so I called and... asked if they would remake it and they said absolutely and when I got there every barista checked to make sure I was ok and toldme they hoped I had a much better day! Horrible drive through service. Some of the worst I've experienced. Not only a long wait but cashier was a wet blanket.

Very nice place, clean and well stocked. Down side is I took a minute for a worker to notice me, even though I was the only... person at the counter. I got a grande caramel latte and it was great. Read more

The people who work here are so nice! I went today and the person working the drive-thru was great! They took extra care to make... sure that my drink was made properly and even took it back when they thought it was shaken enough which was so nice because itwas something I wouldn?t have even noticed. This is a very busy location so keep in mind the drive-thru line gets pretty long sojust knowing they were busy and still making sure everyone gets taken care of was great! The person working also made sure toask about my day and I really appreciated it! Read more

Barista was very rude and refused to make the drink I get every week at this location. She even had the audacity to say ?If you... really want it that bad, you need to pay extra??? For years, I?ve never had any issues and I?ve always felt welcomed byextremely nice employees. Read more

First impressions walking in Visually a nice updated interior but an awful putrid rotten smell mixed with the musk of... coffee. My cashier attendee was bland and unwelcoming, lacking personality and costumer service skills, uninviting. Theoverall experience was as dull as the Carmel latte I ordered. One of the nicest looking locations I've ever seen. It really sticks out to you. Inside isn't as open as some Starbucks but... still nice with ample room and plenty of seats. Outside there are a lot of seats for summer as well as shade for the hot days.Some of my favorite baristas now work at this location. I know the service will be great because of them. I'm always happy tosee them and my days are always better because of them. Read more
