Sweetest girl in the drive thru yesterday! My app wasn't working properly, couldn't get my free drink. Pulled out my card to pay... and the girl realized I was in such hurry she didn't even charge my card. I guess I got my free drink after all. Very relaxing but if you there to study, it's hard to concentrate because of the music.
The staff is always the best anywhere and look out for their fall menu it is great !

A little irritated that the customer service was lacking, all scooters locations are owned and brought up locally. I was made a... drink at a different location near by and she refused to give me a remake to make the drink taste better. I've had goodexperiences in the past but what irritated me is that she lacked any empathy or emotions and truly didn't "care" whether or notI spent the money already and insisted I pay to get it made different.
