The scooters on South Street and normal boulevard always has the most upbeat and positive sweet people working in the... Drive-Thru! They are always happy and nice! Literally they'll do little dances or say hello or make your day special whileyou're buying your coffee every single time and it makes that big of a difference that I will drive out of my way to go therejust because they make every day special with their upbeat personalities! Almost every time I go there, the customer service is terrible and they aren?t at all friendly or nice. Aside from the... unfriendly customer service, I?ve seen them multiple times climb on top of the counter behind their register (where people canuse to sit at and plug in their phones) and dust the counter, which makes the dust go everywhere including on the side where thedrinks and food are prepared!!!!!!!!! So there may be dust in your drinks!!! It seems as though a step stool must be too much ofa hassle to use or buy for this location. So overall, 1 star is just being way too generous. The girls who work this location consistently seem irritated that I've ordered something... don't expect any kind of polite... friendliness. When I recieved a cold breakfast sandwich I was looked at like it was somehow my fault and didn't get a sorry forthe mistake. I suggest avoiding this location. Read more
On top of having great coffee, I collect their grounds and turn them into wonderful compost and nutrition for my garden. Their... products have redeemed my faith in Scooters, as I haven?t found appreciation for them before visiting this store. The employeesare sweet and make some good drinks. I just purchased a blended mocha, and couldn't even drink it. The worst coffee drink I have ever had. I will seek other coffee... shops and stay away from scooters. The blended mocha had NO taste..it was terrible. Read more
As someone who has worked at a scooters, I know what customer service from scooters is supposed to look like. I did it every day... with a smile on my face. When I went and visited yesterday (10/21/22) at the gateway mall location around 4 pm, I was treatedin a way that makes me not want to go back for awhile. The lady taking my order looked at me and treated me like I had comealong to ruin her day. I waited paitently for my items and when my coffee was done, it wasn't even called out. The only reason Iknew it was mine is because I have worked at scooters. I know the order before mine also sat there forever until the lady whoordered it finally had to walk up and ask if it was hers. Overall just not great customer service. Definitely don't plan ongoing back for awhile. Read more
