Hands down my favorite Scooters in Lincoln. The manager Alice is always so kind and happy, she deserves a big raise!
I can?t stress how great this Scooter?s is. I think my order?s only ever been wrong once (and I come here near-daily).... Everybody?s so friendly and easygoing, but they also work very quickly while putting an emphasis on quality. I love that I canget nutritional data on the drinks from their site & app. I also love being able to order ahead or pay with my phone - not everycoffee place is this expedient. I was a regular customer at this location. I?ve been going there for at least 2-3 a week but not anymore. Every time my coffee... gets messed up. A lot of times it tastes like water or they add whip cream after I requested NOT to. This location is verydisappointing and I would NOT recommend going there at all. I?m lactose intolerant and Scooters setting themselves up for alawsuit. Not by me but I would not be surprised if someone who take actions. This scooters location is NOT about quality. It?sall about to make your drink nasty and send you on your way. Small little drive through location.. customer service still great! Bought 3 drinks for taste testing.. maple spice cold brew... was very watery, I wouldn?t recommend. Turtle iced latte was very sweet but good flavor, I recommend stirring a lot because thechocolate settles. The hot maple vanilla latte wins all around.. even better than the iced! Read more
