Very clean a nice place. Had tons of different meat choices running and we tried almost all of them. This place is all you can... eat and also has a salad bar. Man this place is great!! The food is awesome and a wide variety! The salad bar had so many different options and there were... about 16 different meats that went around. The food is definitely different but it's Brazilian so that's expected!! The staff isso responsive and the management team is very friendly! Good experience. But a lot of the meat was pretty dry and someone needs to salt the meat 24 hours before. You can't serve tri... tip on a stick and cut off inner chunks that have never seen salt. We used more table salt at this meal than any 25 previousdinners out at other restaurants combined. The salad bar was great and there were a lot of fun things on it. We were in town from Charlotte, NC and decided to dine here with a party of 7. We have eaten at many Brazilian restaurants and... must say this is the worse ever! There was a guy that worked in the kitchen and served who was pretty rude too. Not good forbusiness. The two stars are for the salad bar because it was good. All the meats were dry, tough and no flavor at all. The rudeserver brought brought meat and said it was chicken. To our surprise, they were chicken hearts…yuck! My fiancee and I went here for our anniversary and really enjoyed. We got there just before the brunch buffet closed and dinner... one opened so we kind of got a taste from both options. There was some really good scrambled eggs and potatoes on that brunchmenu. The pot roast was also amazing! Another notable one that we both really liked was the chicken stroganoff. The chicken withcooked so perfect and it was so soft and just melted in your mouth! I also loved the spicy chicken salad; This was a cold saladbut I really really loved it. I think my favorite option for all those items on the salad bar was the Malagueta Pepper Jam!This was just beyond amazing! We tried it with cornbread, the warm Brazilian cheese bread, polenta fries, regular soft bread,beef, chicken... It just went perfectly with everything and amped up the flavor of everything by a lot! Sweet and spicy and justbeautiful! I actually didn't pick the meat option for the buffet, and went with only the salad bar and hot appetizers. Idefinitely got a good full meal in this. My fiancee did go for the meats though and he really was happy with whatever he ate.The parmesan chicken was one of his favorites he said. Everything was cooked just right. There was only one piece of steak thatcame at the beginning which was very cold which threw off all beef for the rest of the meal so he didn't try any otheroptions. Every year we make a pilgrimage around Father's Day to the Meat Mecca. This year did not disappoint. They had our table ready... when we arrived, and the meats quickly started arriving at the table. Our party ate 22+ deliveries of skewers, plus theappetizers, and the buffet. We certainly didn't leave hungry. It was a fantastic experience and our waiter was a class act. Ourfavorites were the beef selections, garlic beef in particular, the sweet and spicy chicken, the pork, and the pineapple. Again,it was all superb, but those were the standouts to us.
