sort of reminded me of a Chipotle that sucks. The employee was barely paying attention, added ingredients i specifically asked... not to have, and then rang up the items separately so it cost more. My drink straw may be saving the planet, but it failed atbeing a straw in under a minute. Food itself was okayish. except my rice which was under cooked. But at least they have arewards program! I ordered from this location last night and accidentally sent my order twice. I called right away and spoke to Charles, he was... so helpful and funny! When I went to pick up my order, he personally came up to me and showed me that he had adjusted my orderso that I wasn?t going to be charged twice. I?m not a fan of going downtown but will most definitely be ordering from here againbecause of his amazing customer service! Read more
A very good place that serves authentic mexican food along with fresh guac. Loved the taste
ordered this through a delivery service with everything on it only to come with just rice beans and cheese. called them to tell... them they got my order wrong and blamed it on delivery service but the delivery service didn't make my food. on the phone themanager could care less. will never go back on the grounds of horrible customer service and a lack of caring to fix thesituation their name is attached to. I'm lost for words with the racist managers there! Alyse (white) and the Hispanic woman..they are very welcoming to the white... customers and very condescending towards black customers! They literally lied to me about an order selection, when it's clearlystates your options on the menu? I asked Alyse when did this change occur, and she was unable to tell me such, so she attemptedto have her manager ( Hispanic) woman tell me the same lie? I made them aware that they needed to modify the menu selection tomake it clear, and they acted as if I was a nuisance? I will NEVER EVER visit any other Qdoba! I will be notifying therestaurant manager, Mitchell Martin, to see if this is acceptable, or just business as usual! I can't wait to submit my surveyas well! . I looove Qdoba! It was the only restaurant food I could eat while I was pregnant without getting queasy. So good and fresh every... time. The chips are always fresh and I love dipping them in the cheese sauce! Yummy!! Read more
