On October 21st at around 8:30pm, my boyfriend and I came to Lincoln to spend the night as I had an event to attend the next... day. We wanted something good to eat so we decided to go to Popeyes. Upon walking into the restaurant the employees working werespeaking very loudly about how they did not want to be there and how they think it is stupid they are open so late. The womantaking our order (according to the receipt ? Teya) did not look like she wanted to help us, and one of the other employees wasshouting isn?t the lobby closed now because it?s dumb if it isn?t. Right in front of us, when the lobby closes at 9pm. There wasgarbage overflowing from the trash cans and a spilt drink on the floor as well. For my first time going to a Popeyes I was verydisappointed with the customer service. The food was great even though it appeared to have just been thrown into the bag, butthe horrible service we received is what makes me and my boyfriend not want to go there again. Read more

The past few visits to Popeyes we would have some issues with our order, but today was the worst. I ordered a three piece dark... meat chicken platter with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. I got a three piece white meat chicken with only mashed potatoes.My boyfriend ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and ranch. He got the spicy chicken sandwich, but the bun was burnt andthere was no fries or ranch. The receipt had everything correct. Read more

Increasingly terrible service over the last year. I've ordered delivery directly through the Popeyes app from this location... twice in the last few months, and the same items have been left out of my order with no warning or refund both times. Once mightbe a fluke, but it having happened again, combined with the terrible in-person experiences I've had since the whole staffapparently quit all at once, I have to see it as simply a pattern of bad service. The food is good if you can ever get what youorder, but it's not worth the risk at this location. I tried to call about my delivery order after receiving only half of it andthat being mild instead of spicy on top of it, but the phone rang until it went to voicemail every time the entire night and thevoicemail box was full, so I'm guessing they never bother to answer the phone. I ended up escalating my issue to corporateinstead of handling it with the store directly, which I'd rather have done. Read more
