Service was horrible. Walk in order. I was there for 30 minutes waiting on my food. Everything was a mess there and looked very... unorganized. I ordered from the drive through and presented a coupon at the window. Right now is around 4:52 pm Saturday 10/15/22. This white... female who took the order said since I didn't mention the coupon beforehand I couldn't use it. She made this whole excuse aboutnot being able to use the coupon which doesn't even make any sense at all. She then explained the silly coupon situation to thenext employee with a nasty attitude and rolling her eyes when the customer insisted on using the coupon. The next employee cameto push a few buttons and took the coupon. Easy as 1,2,3. It was no big deal at all. This white female has no business workingthere and should be FIRED immediately. Making a big deal out of nothing. Why would any business wants to hire people like her?Trouble trouble trouble. Look and sound like a devil. Is she trying to pick fights with customers? I don't understand what thebig deal is when presenting the coupon at the window and not mentioned it beforehand. It wouldn't make a difference as long asthe coupon is presented. I ordered my food 15 minutes before I got to the store. Apparently ordering from the app doesn?t mean anything. Coming from an Restaurant Managers point of view, if a product is unavailable due to not pulling product from the freezer, offer... a discount or free dessert. Coke was out of syrup, when I alerted staff, I was scoffed at. Chicken was fresh at 11 am and ate inthe dining room after finding a clean table. Read more
