Wish I could post zero stars. Ordered a pizza, waited 2 hours before calling national customer service because the store had... closed by this point. Look at my bank account, they had refunded my money but didn't even bother to tell us they cancelled ourorder. I should have read the reviews before going through this myself. My fault for ordering so close to close? It was over anhour before they closed. Read more
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! A young man that claimed to be the manager hung up in my face while laughing after I asked for his... name. Very unprofessional & he doesn't possess the fundamentals to be a leader of a team. As a manager there is no reason fornot giving a customer your name as they are there to assist. The phone rang so long it disconnected the call because no oneanswered in this small establishment. I ordered a pizza online for pickup at 4 pm. My daughter went to pick it up and there was a sign on the door saying all orders... after 4 pm canceled. They gave us our money back but they didn't notify us at all. Very rude. I also heard early on in theCovid pandemic the owner forbid the employees from wearing a mask. Read more
