I don't know if this driver is from this pizza hut. But he's white, tall, skinny build, 40-50 I'm guessing, I gave him a $50... bill for a $33 pizza, and he didn't have change for it, there's a gas station a couple blocks away, so he went to get change,and he actually returned with the change. I was expecting to miss out on the $10 change. He could've just kept it and had a $15tip. You guys need to do something for him because he is a unbelievably good person and worker. Our 2 pizzas were the worst pizzas we have ever had, They had almost no toppings, very little cheese. the crust was dried out... and hard, and the pizzas were cold - they really looked and tasted like day-old pizzas. They were absolutely awful! Read more
Service? Nah. Staff? What's that? Busy? Yes. Several waiting before I arrived to pick up their orders. A few waiting for over 20... min. I was there for 15 min to pick up an order that was already ready. But... the first 12 min were waiting for someone toacknowledge I arrived, let alone offer to help. Think I'd rather drive to any other facility from here on out. Stronglyrecommend against this location for pickup. Read more
I would normally give a higher rating but the fact that there is no cheese on half the pizza is ridiculous.
Woman behind counter who I think is the manager is working on her time. Finishing conversations with fellow employees before... helping customers or behind wall on computer being completely unaware of customers waiting for food. I ordered a side of cheesesticks and was given what appears to be cheese sticks cut out of a pizza crust rather than actual cheese sticks. They taste thesame so that is not the issue. The issue is the sticks are definitely smaller than the expected size. I also received no warningabout the size. I called and was given a future credit, to be fair. However, I do think it's silly that a manager (I think)would be completely unaware that they are out of ingredient and would hand obviously lower quality product out as if it werelike any other food Pizza Hut has. 2 stars is because of the refund given.
