Love the food when they get your order right and it's hot and fresh but the last 5 times at the downtown Lincoln location, it's... progressively gotten worse. Order is wrong every time and the pizza hasn't been cooked properly. Literally had almost raw softdough on the pizza. Always missing sides, dressings, or toppings ordered are always incorrect. Went here before a concert at the bourbon. Before we get into this, i gotta say, I was looking through some pictures in the... reviews and there's a picture of the italian beef sub in there. Which is what i got. Now, looking at that picture and thinkingabout what i got, im disappointed. Granted, it was from a couple yrs ago. But I didn't get half the meat in that pic. It wasgood, dont get me wrong. The au jus with it was on point and the beef itself was tender and juicy. The bread was maybe the star.But the peppers they put on it were a bit hot. Unless they have super hot banana peppers (which i added). And i like hot, but itwas more than i was expecting i guess is what I'd say. My girlfriend got the italian club. She enjoyed it. I tried a bite andhonestly thought it was better than mine too. But for the 2 subs and 2 drinks it was $24 and some change which i thought was abit much. They were good sandwiches but we both got full size and they weren't really that big in my opinion. Maybe im used tobig portions. But i was a little disappointed for the bang to buck ratio. Orders my food and didn?t get an update after over an hour of waiting so I called the store. The girl that pick up said ?we... tried to call you because we don?t have delivery drivers.? To which I said ?1, you never called me, and 2 why was I able to geta delivery order when delivery is literally not an option.? She then proceeded to get very sassy with me and I hung up. I don?t love sandwiches for the most part but I do love Picklemans sandwiches. The stores are clean with a good selection of... sandwiches, soups and chips to choose from. Staff has been friendly at all locations I have visited. Definitely worth the stop! Read more

I ordered a turkey sandwich from Pickleman's and had it delivered to my workplace. It was so yummy and delivered with care,... quickly without an expensive delivery fee. I will order from them again for sure!!! Read more
My wife and I stopped here on a trip. We got some salads for dinner. I was surprised at the number of employees here. They were... not understaffed, they were over staffed. There were like seven employees for the four people in the restaurant. The young girlwho made our salads seemed a little unsure of herself, but I think she was new. The pickle on the side (you have to getseparately) was a pretty good pickle. And the iced tea was good. My wife didn?t enjoy her salad, but mine was ok. I got somegood lentil chili too. I love Pickleman's and have told tons of people in the past to try it out if they havent. I've never been let down but recently... it's just been so inconsistent. I waited for 1.5 hours for a delivery and no one called/there's no order tracker so I had noidea where it was or if it was even being delivered. I had to call 4-5 times before anyone picked up to just cancel it on myown. I get being a restaurant and being understaffed but wouldve really appreciated a call at least to let me know so I didntsit around for almost 2 hours. Read more
