Hands down the worst pizza place I've ever been to. Cold, burnt, very light on toppings that are thrown right in the center of ... the pizza. Ranch cup was flipped upside down maybe a quarter cup of ranch in it. Read more
I ordered online the other day and their website stated that my order would be ready in 15-24 minutes. I waited about 15... minutes and drove there so that I'd show up at about the 24 minute mark. When I got there I was told that they were actually 1hour and 30 minutes behind. There was someone else standing there who had been waiting for his pizza for at least half an hourand chuckled as he stated that he'd seen a number of people show up and leave. I then asked the store to cancel my order thenif it was going to be that long of a wait. The guy checked the computer and let me know that my order wasn't even showing up onthe system. I understand system glitches happen but there was definitely a lack of professionalism. Apparently they only hadone guy who knew how to make the pizzas so this was putting them behind, but they had a good 5-6 people on staff. I couldn'thelp but think - can't one of you learn how to make the pizzas then since you seem to need the help! Extremely disappointed bythe entire experience. Read more
Ordered 2 large pizzas, bread sticks and 2 extra garlic butters. The pizzas were not bad but far from good. The kicker was the... garlic butters were upside down in the box and all the contents leaked out. I would have liked to talked to someone and rectifythe situation but when I calling back, nobody answered the phone. Read more
My 2 pizzas were lacking seasoning, and the outer crust was hard to tear and, chewy like cardboard! The chocolate chip cookie... was hard as well, even after heating it up to soften it! First and probably the last time I'll have their pizza!! Read more

We placed an online order and received the email confirmation at 5:35 PM. It is now 6:51 PM and our order is still not here.... When I called to check on the status, I could not get through to any options. The phone just kept ringing until it hung up. Itried 5 times. Will never, EVER order from this place again. Read more
