Reviews for Panera Bread in Lincoln, NE
My husband and I both got sick from here. My husband had a grilled mac and cheese sandwich and it came out frozen in the middle,... not cold, frozen. He took it back to be heated up, came back still cold, not at all warm. They basically told him he was lyingeven though he got 1 employee to put he finger in it to feel. She was trying very hard to let the 'manager' know but hepractically broke his neck trying to ignore what she was saying. The cook straight out said my husband was lying. My husband hadeaten a few bites of half the sandwich when he realized both sides were cold but they refunded half because "no way it wascold". I felt sick and threw up everything they served me and then I felt better but my husband is on day 2 of veryuncomfortable. We are both ex-restaurant managers and we can't imagine how that guy got his job. Or how panera bread can claimfresh food when clearly it is frozen. At least train people to reheat food properly. My daughter and her friend went in on 12/01/2022 to get what they thought was going to be great food with a great experience.... Unfortunately they were treated with much disrespect. I called the manager and she proceeded to basically blame my daughter andher friend for the order being wrong. She also explained to me that due to employees that supposedly ?have high school drama?that she knew how teenagers can be. My daughters tried to dine in and the order was made wrong. When the manager tried to fix itit was wrong again. They drove away, then realized it was wrong so went back to have it corrected again. They went through thedrive through this time and the manager refused to fix it or give a refund. Don?t go to Panera on O Street, They will treat youlike trash! Read more

I stop at Panera Bread/St. Louis Bread Company on a regular basis while traveling as I can get some work done while having a... decent meal, so my reviews are always based on the view from a business traveler. So take that into consideration when readingmy review. This location is fairly easy to get to in a pretty busy part of town. There is ample free parking, though. This is anice, newer facility, at least in September of 2022. I have seen this exact restaurant floor plan before and I like it. Thislocation had four working self-service kiosks for order entry and self-service cups available upon order, which I have come toreally appreciate. For business travelers, there is ample seating in a large, open area. Very good number of wall outlets forplugging in electronics, at least around the perimeter of the location, all of which are at large tables. I did not try the WiFiin this location so I cannot comment on that. Overall this was a good location. Read more
One of my favorite places to go people watching. They are kind here (staff/ management) and always have great food. I've watched... the staff several times come out to various tables to check on the quality of people's meals, etc... But never intrusive. Wouldalways recommend to anyone Read more
This place has been going down hill for the past year. They have either provided cold food or completely left out part of our... order every time for the last 6-8 orders. We even called the ?manager ? who said we would receive a refund that never showed up.When we dine in the kitchen staff are rude and have no manners. Just staring at us when we ask for silverware or actingentitled. We will not be going back. Such a shame Read more
Haven't eaten here in awhile but got a wild hair and ordered the new Asian salad. The food is delicious but it's WAAAY... overpriced and they are super chinsy with the condiments. Look at these salad dressings. Those 2 teaspoons are supposed to coveran entire salad?? Also, $3.50 for 7 pieces of fruit is robbery. I remember now why I stopped eating here. Read more
Tried to pick up soup for a sick relative late in the evening, they said it would be ready at 6:40 pm. 30 minutes later I?m... still waiting. Honestly, I could gone to Walmart, drove to her house, and made the soup before they had it ready and it probablywould have tasted better. Only come here if you have time to kill for sub par food.
