Staff tried to refuse to take or order as said we need to do it on the KIOSK well that would be fine but I am legally blind and... cannot see things like a KIOSK screen. It took them more than 30 minutes to finally place our order and by the time our foodcame out correctly it was an hour and a half and so the food that was correct was cold by the time everyone in our party hadtheir food and staff was down right rude and preferred to talk and cuss amongst themselves rather than work. What is the saddestthing is that I am ashamed that I was ever associated with McDonalds much less this restaurant in particular. If we as staffwould have treated customers the way this store does we would lose our jobs no questions asked. Read more

I go to this location occasionally for breakfast. Every time I have been met with the kindness of the morning drive through... cashier, Dawn. Even through all the bull that restaurant workers have gone through the past few years, she has remained one ofthe most fiercely kind fast food workers I've ever met. The food was accurate. However, not the cleanest establishment. Whenever I arrived it smelled a bit like dirty diapers, then... as I continued to eat the smell became stronger and stronger. I would probably chose to eat somewhere else if you don?t want toleave feeling dirty. Read more
I give the McDonald's building an A++. The only downfall is that the employees and manager do not speak English very well. So it... was very hard to get something extra or have a question. We came during a very slow time: there was maybe 5 other people here when we arrived, all of which already had their food. We... waited well over 20 min before the food got done. The staff in the back were all messing around. They were being so loud thatthe cashier had to ask them to be quiet just so she could hear us order. The only reason I came to this location was for theplay place for my kids. It wasn?t worth it with the service we got. Read more
