This is getting rediculous! I am lucky enough to live by 2 of the 3 McDonald's open 24hrs in Lincoln. Well don't waste your... gas... The store at 6500 Ost. is lit up, Golden arches lit up, menus in the double drivethru are lit up, and employee cars arein the lot and one person was on break. You sit for 5mins no one ever comes to the speaker to take your order. Wait 5 - 10more mins. NOTHING! This is the 3rd time this has happened. The first time I drive to the second one listed as 24hrs. Theytook my order. The 2nd and 3rd time 6500 Ost. Screws me over its later and the Second one isn't open and arches aint lit. Theres not many options in the middle of the night so if you aint 24hrs then you need to get it fixed on Google Maps cuz it saysyou are! False Advertisement! The one at 6500 Ost. Is 24hrs I know cuz I go all the time. Corporate needs to clean house cuzthese people are just milking the clock and not selling food. Thats a federal Offense falsifying time clock hours cuz thefederal government draws tax money off peoples pay. And it dont matter if its in favor of the Government or not! Need to firesome bums and hire someone that wants to work. If you ask me I'd say too many friends and or family working there cuz I can'tbelieve anybody else would sit on the clock at 2 - 3am and not sell food and get away with it this long! You people need to getyour act together! And this whole situation smells to high heck of drugs. Only drug addicts would think this is how you treatcusomers and too stupid to at very least turn the lights off on the arches and menus. Pathetic!!! Read more
Three separate nights now I have pulled into the drive thru to find no response whatsoever. There's even a guy in there watching... me pull around a couple more times, just refusing to get on the drive thru system. This is the only place in town open late.Hahaha Read more
Order taker in the evening sounding a little irritable over the drive through, which cuts because I've been in FF and keep my... order short - I know they on a timer and try to be understanding. However, at each window the person was friendly, and eachwindow was quick. For the order, fries and nuggets were fresh and hot. Can't argue with effecient. Read more
We went thur McDonalds on Monday night. Ordered 31.00 worth of food. Got home and kids started eating and my daughter dumped her... FF?s on hamburger wrapper and found a bug with FF?s. We called and had to go back and they were only going to refund us for thefries but we threw all of our food away after discovering that. I have called and left a message for their general manager andno one has gotten back to me. So freaking gross! Read more
