Asked for 2 large coffees. The lady charged us for 1 medium and 1 large. They told us we would have to come in to get it... fixed..like why cant u just fix YOUR mistake in the drive thru..im not coming inside..stupid...then my iced Carmel coffee had noCarmel and it literally tastes like creamer. How is this acceptable and to give me another just like it when I ask for a fresh one. Expressing amusement on your face when... you're confronted with dissatisfaction is unprofessional as well as arguing with the customer. You would think with all therotation that goes on at this location there would be at least one person there to be a good role model on how to run the place.When you have a true leader in an environment you get better results. You have someone that doesn't care about providing goodresults while knowing they are a reflection of the business' reputation says more times you'll have dissatisfied customer andhave a bad taste in the local communities' mouth.
