Terrible experience here. I ordered at the drive through and found out I got the wrong order when I got home. I called and was... told I had to bring the food back to get a refund (or anything?). I drove back to get my refund. The manager was rude on thephone, and rude when I arrived to get my refund. I can understand having to return to get my refund (even though I didn?t likeit). But the manager was rude and couldn?t care less. She wouldn?t look me in the eye and literally walked away immediatelyafter refunding my money without even handing me my receipt. She barely said two words to me and none of them were an apologyfor the inconvenience at any point. I had to call after her to find out if the receipt she left on the register was mine. Thereare a lot of options on where to go to eat, even right across the street. Burger King, Wendy?s, Freddy?s are all better optionswhere it?s possible they care more about their customers. Worst McDonald's experience ever. Sandwich was dry and hard, barely warm, fries was cold. And staff was rude. Should have stayed... home and made my own burger. Cheaper and tastes better anyways. Read more
Will never go back to this McDonalds. We ordered on the kiosk and it took so long to get our food. Like.. They forgot about us.... When they seen us the guy hirried with our food and it wasnt even cooked. The hamburger was pink and tasted funny. So. We didnteat it. And the chicken was burned and im pretty sure it was Cat.. Good for breakfast. Lunch and dinner staff are very rude, take forever even if there is no one else there. They don't answer... their phones or reach out after doing the surveys. Fries are older and filled half way and chicken is normally burnt as well. Read more
The employees here are always so rude and dismissive. They make me feel like i'm an inconvenience to their. Especially if I ask... for something extra like ketchup packets. They usually get my order right but this is probably the slowest mcdonalds .I won't begoing back after I watched a girl at the pickup window set a bucket of ice on the floor, the set it on the counter, then dump itin a machine, and didn't disinfect the counter. I asked them to correct my order 3 times in the drive through. **all 3 times they put the order in wrong** Told them ANOTHER 5... or so at the window that should have been corrected.. got home with my hungry kids only to find out that my big breakfast withhotcakes was just hot cakes... ***language is a barrier is real*** Read more
We went into the lobby and ordered our food on July 14th at 4:39 pm. We got our food and the fry?s were cold and hard. I walked... up to ask for sweet and sour sauce and one of the employees looked at me and walked away. My boyfriend walked up and asked fortwo sweet and sour sauces and they charged money for two sweet and sour sauces. It?s ridiculous to be charged for sauce when youbought food from the restaurant.
