Went thru drive-thru for big mac sack attack. Not a fan of split order lanes that then merge back in such a small area. I 'll go... back to my not as busy west O location this week. Employees working the windows were friendly and gave big smiles.???? Read more

Horrible! If McDonald's wasn't bad enough on its own, this one is the worst. Slow workers, attitudes, unprofessional, and... sloppy. When I took in my bad of food that was incorrect, they laughed. As I waited four other people came in with wrong ordershanded out in drive thru. They apologized to no one and the manage threw one of the customers receipts that was handed to her. Icounted 7 workers as they stood there looking dumbfounded. When I was finally handed a second bag of food, it was wrong again. Ionly ordered 3 McChickens and a large fry. None of the customers who came in with wrong food had my order, nor did my originalbag have any of their food. So much disorganization and stupidity happening in one place. Read more
After driving to 2 burger kings and a McDonald's before this, my boyfriend and I were ecstatic to find a burger joint where the... doors were unlocked, people were eating inside, and the building wasn't covered in signs of food they were out of. The staffwere all friendly, the food was great, and the restrooms were super clean. There's hope for Lincoln afterall and it's right herein this McDonald's. Keep up the great work y'all! Read more
They stopped making their Asian salad and yogurt parfait, so now I will only eat their oatmeal and ice cream. Their fries aren't... as good as they used to be, and I have never liked MD's burgers or chicken nuggets. They have a weird taste to them. They don'ttaste like burgers and nuggets should taste. It's what you'd expect from a mcdonald's, with the only fact being that people don't have an awareness of what's going on around... them. There's obviously someone casing the place outside and looking in cars under some sort of distress. I informed a managerwho was oblivious to the fact that this person had been out there 10 minutes doing so. Read more
