Website shows that they're open until 12am on 11/19/2022. We showed up at 10:55pm and were met with the order screen and we met... with no one on the receiving end of the coms box for 5 minutes until the screen went dark. We drove forward to the window after11pm to someone who told us "The GM says we have to be out of here by 12 am and we can't do that unless we close at 11pm." Iwouldn't mind if the website showed they were closed at 11pm, or if anyone had bothered to talk to us after the 5 minutes weattempted to talk to someone before 11:00pm. We would've planned accordingly and not pressured anyone to work 5 minutes beforeclosing, but I do mind because we had to wait for 5 minutes at the drive through before finding out we couldn't order because ofinformation we had no way of knowing. I'd recommend the website reflected their hours accordingly as opposed to the hours theyneed their staff out of the building by. Read more
Supposedly their online system wasn?t working. But the app still charged me for my food. They asked me to go wait in the... drive-through spot and I did for quite a while. No one ever came out to give me my food or to talk to me or explain whathappened. This was horrible customer service on a different level. Read more

I don?t go to McDonald?s because I?m crazy about the food. Honestly, I?ll stop by when I need a bite to eat in a hurry. That?s... just what the folks at this location do. This place is busy for lunch. You get your lunch in a hurry and it?s good. The 5 starsis a reflection of me getting what I want, which is speed - and also my observation of a manager dealing with a cranky customerwith grace. She didn?t project that man?s bad attitude onto her team, she just got the job done. Big ups to her for speakingboth Spanish and English fluently and using those skills to crush the lunch rush. Absolute worst McDonald's in Lincoln. They gave me a sorry excuse for a bigmac with no bun. The chicken mcnuggets were stale and... cold. No matter what, when I go to this McDonald's, its always a bad experience. My hubby didn't know and went to this one bymistake. You're better off going to the north 48th or north 27th by superior locations. Read more
not a huge fan of McDonald's in general but this one is convenient so I find myself here fairly often. The food has always been... good. The service has always been prompt. The drive thru is well staffed. The people are polite but not fake. 10/10 Read more
