Went to dinner here with my wife last night as we were both craving nachos. We both remember they've generally had such... delicious chips and salsa / food, and a great atmosphere. Wasn't the case last night. They seem to have switched to a cheaper, much less good chip (makes a big difference with nachos), and their salsa wasn't the same either unfortunately. Got half waythru the plate of nachos and realized the cheese underneath wasn't even melted. Needless to say, we didn't want to hasslesending things back, so finished up early and left. La Paz used to be great, but the last few times have been sadlydisappointing, and after asking around it seems we're notnthe only people who have had a bad experience as of late. Hoping theowners can turn things around ????. Read more

A Lincoln classic. Not authentic Oaxacan cuisine. But just great American style Mexican food. The service and the food are... always great. Read more

1st off the place had a very dirty smell, couldn't place it. Food was barely edible! Strawberry daiquiri was amazing (which is... the only justification of the 1 star) to top it off we were automatically charged gratuity for 2 people. I'm glad they chose thetip and knew the value of service!!! Not even 20%?! Read more

It's been awhile since my last visit, but it's still the same great restaurant with Mexican food to die for. The first place I... ever tried chicken and cream cheese enchiladas still has them on the menu and they are still awesome. Everything else I sampledwas good as well Courteous, efficient and friendly staff make the experience enjoyable and tasty. Read more

Stopped in after appointments in the area. The food was delicious and the service was fast and friendly. We were very happy with... our experience. We had beef flautas and chicken chimichanga. The beef flautas are crispy, have nicely seasoned shredded beef, and are topped with sour cream and guacamole. The chicken chimichanga has delicious chicken and is topped with a slightly spicynacho cheese. Read more

Place is delicious!!! Been a fan of this place for a long time!! Will alway recommend this place to everyone I know! Sad to... see their tamales are no longer on the menu, was hoping they?d make a comeback after we discovered a new normal due to the Covidpandemic. Don?t think this will happen. Read more

They deserve zero stars. I'll never understand how people in this town think that places like this are good, the food is soooo... bland. Everything at our 5 person table had no flavor whatsoever. The other thing that I don't understand is why did they fillmy burrito full of rice and beans with a spoonful of meat, and then I also get flavorless beans that are barely warm enough tostart melting cheese and some best choice Spanish rice on the side? Our 13 year old that loves enchiladas said that herenchilada sauce tasted like country gravy and didn't want anything to do with it. Save your money and go to Taco Bell, you'llget 89% more of a "Mexican" experience. Read more
