I am certain that my order will be great. I can only assume this because my order hasn't reached me yet. That is why this Jimmy... Johns gets four out of five stars. Apparently they cannot follow directions because when I placed my online order I gave themspecific instructions for which street entrance to use to find me. I wouldn't be so upset if this was the first time thishappened, but it is not. It is the second or third time and I am done. Unless I get a reply from a store manager about how andwhy this keeps happening I'm going to either use a different Jimmy John's even if it means ordering from a store out of myneighborhood or I am done with them completely. Never coming here again. Was attempting to pull into the parking lot when one of their employees came racing into the parking... lot and swerved in front of my van without a blinker to park. After swerving in front of me, he blasted his horn jumped out andsaid something rude as he walked in the restaurant. After we parked, I walked in to order sandwiches for my family. As I walkedin I see and hear the employee talking trash about me to his manager. I replied to him saying that he swerved in front of mewith no blinker. He replied ?I?m not going to talk about it, do you want food or not?? The manager was standing right there anddidn?t do anything. I left without buying any food. I went through the drive-thru tonight, and my husband ordered a slim 5 with double meat. We got a slim 5 with tuna?!?! What was... read back to me was correct. If you think someone ordered a slim 5 with tuna, maybe double check that before making it? Wewasted $10 on an inedible sandwich. Read more
Too bad u can't give zero stars. My husband put in a $120 order for work at 3pm to pick up at 8pm at the 33rd and pioneer... location. When he got there they didn't even have the order started. No one apologized or talked to him about how long it wouldtake. 20 mins later they hand him the order....which was wrong. The girl at the window didn't believe him that a sandwich wasmissing. She finally gave him the missing sandwich. At this point he was extremely upset because his guys only have 30 mins toeat and thanks to them being unorganized they might not even get a dinner break. When he asked to talk to a manager, she saidshe is the manager and then slammed the window and walked away. Worst customer service experience. Definitely not returning. Read more
So good!! We love Jimmy John's! I went through the drive thru and it was quick! The one who helped me was kind and patient! The... bread on the sandwich was so soft and it was really flavorful! And my daughter loved the BLT! Great service! Great food! Yum! Read more
