I like the other locations but this particular place had no warmth or kind customer service the last couple times I?ve gone... there. And it was slow, which goes against their ?freaky fast? marketing (and as other locations tend to abide by). Managementmay want to address this because the food is always fine but service is not. SLOW to answer the drive thru, probably walked a good 5 min, almost drove around but realized there was a car at the window -... so it wasn't even clear if the place was open. ??????????? Generally Have had great service. Ordered delivery from this and it was confirmed. Over an hour went by with no update. I tried... to call the store 4 times and it was not answered. I drove to the location as I had been charged for my order and it was closingsoon. It was open and there were workers there, they simply said they didn?t have delivery drivers. Most of the time, the employees here don't feel like actually doing their job. I've waited in the drive-through for ten minutes... before, and I finally decided to just go inside. The employees were just sitting on their phones and were intentionally ignoringtheir drive-through. Read more
