Terrible customer service, after being blamed and disrespected, hung up on and belittled, I promptly took my entire overpriced... order back to the facility personally and demanded a refund. I was then disrespected to my face, told they didn?t want my tipand the manager yelled have a good night as I walked out the door. I am boycotting Jimmy John?s from this day forward and refuseto spend any money at this chain ever again. Read more

The hours are a pain. Wife and I dine around 7:30 depending on work schedules. This location closes very early AND apparently... the JJ policy is that the other 2 stores that are both closer to my home and open at regular hours cannot deliver to my homebecause this location apparently controls this turf ???? I cannot order JJ delivery despite having 2 stores closer to my housethat are open because this store has bad hours. Read more
December 21, walk to get a #3 Tuna, cashier requested to use my cellphone to scan in to order my sandwich. I did not have my... phone with me so they could not serve me. Once about 6 months ago we ordered from this location a $17 sandwich without lettuce or tomato. upon delivery we found it had... those items we requested it to be without. so naturally we called requesting a new sandwich. to which they replied we had toorder a whole new $17 sandwich. we were a bit annoyed of course but did order the same sandwich again. only to receive it thesame as before. at that point we went to the store ourselves and asked for our money back. fast forward 6 months to today. weordered the same simple $17 sandwich and it was delivered with the items we did not want. we called them again only to be toldthey cant replace it and that we have to buy a whole new $17 sandwich. same location, same issue. we will no longer be usingthis jimmy johns for business. This is, by far, the worst, most sad sandwich I've ever seen from you guys!! Not only did you guys piss my off by spouting some... bull-crap about my place of work is in the "dead zone" and can't deliver to, I get this!
