Not impressed. This place is less than a mile away from me and our order was to be delivered at 11. 11:10 rolls by and I call to... see what?s going on. Apparently one of the drivers locked their keys in their car. Whatever it happens I get it. BUT it is now11:33 and still no food. We are on a strict schedule at work. Fix the problem JJ. Either give the sandwiches for free or atleast throw in a few free cookies. Freaky fast my a**!! Read more

Why can't I have vegetables on the Slim sandwiches? They are the perfect size for me, but a dry sandwich is not good, I am not... even allowed condiments, except for mustard packets. I have even offered to pay extra. I am sure there are others who wouldappreciate veggies and condiments, as well. Read more
Can't understand why my sandwich had Onion and No Mayo when I had specifically stated No Onion and Add Mayo. The drive thru... attendant even repeated it back to me but the ticket was incorrect. This is why I don't frequently eat at Jimmy John's becausethe order is incorrect for me most of the time. Read more
