Overall the food has stayed about the same quality since I've started coming here. And well food service isn't the most... glorious, even in my line of work I have to put on a smiling face when dealing with the public and that's all I expect when I gointo a service industry location. When I walked in with my granddaughter this morning we waited as it was very busy. Before long a server came up to the hostess... and said I can see more people. He seemed to have a lot of energy. All I could do is think to myself, I want that guy! After abit, the hostess seated us and I was delighted that we got the waiter that was willing to take on more. His name is Josh. It wasan absolute delight to be served by Josh. He was very attentive. Brought more apple juice for my granddaughter before she evenasked for it. He made sure we had everything we needed. The pancakes are not what I remember IHOP pancakes being. The service was above average. But the food was subpar. And whoever... expoed my order made a lot of errors. But the people are friendly. Read more

Very poor quality food and beverage. My pancakes were not warm, they were stiff and tasteless. My scrambled eggs were good and... soft. The hash browns were barely warm and greasy. The bacon was barely warm yet still good. The hot tea was only warm butbitter, the orange juice was cold and good. The steak was actually chicken fried steak and it was warm, over cooked, dried outand hard and the gravy barely warm. The waitress was friendly, courteous and attentive.
