Since I was in Lincoln I thought I would go grab a sandwich, So I stop at Goodcents this is my first time trying it. Everybody... was nice behind the counter you get greeted as soon as you walk in the door. I was told a certain period of an order would be delivered it was not in that time due to training personnel I spoke with the... manager the manager totally took care of everything apologize even though it wasn't her fault and made things right I suggesteverybody should go there all managers that are restaurant industry act in accordance to the way this manager did! My favorite sub shop but today was not good day for staff. Think they need retrained on service. Walked in was not greeted ,... stood waiting for four minutes before deciding to leave. Lobby was not busy drive thru was busy. I have seen store on 84thhandle way more with way less. These employees drinks were more important than customers. And girl in drive thru needs to nottouch her face let alone her Damm nose. Read more

Went there for the first time today to pick up lunch to go. They were fairly busy, but short staffed. You could tell they were... struggling to keep up, but they remained focused and polite with customer interactions. I was impressed by this because it veryeasily could have been an unpleasant situation. My food was as ordered and the cashier recommended I do the daily special tosave a little bit on my order which I appreciated! Especially since it would have been faster to just ring me up. Difficult to order and customer service non-existent. Touch screen in drive thru. Glaring distracting sign when driving at... night. I do not eat here and I live nearby. I fully support Amigo's when I choose fast food from the neighborhood. Read more
