I love eating here has great service and the different variety / selections are great.
The only money I had was a $20 bill that someone had written "Slave master" on. The manager told me my money was "racist" and... turned me away. I was told that I needed to listen to POC voices, yet no one could tell me how calling Andrew Jackson (adespicable man who "owned" over 300 people, also responsible for the Trail of Tears) - no one could explain to me how calling aslave master a slave master was racist. I wouldn't give it any atars but had to put something there. Just stopped in to try it for the first time and very disappointed.... I order the cheeseburger, bacon cheeseburger, and 2 fries. Terrible. Saturated with ketchup and mustard. And I mean saturated. Took to the counter, showed them and asked if they are... always made this way. Yes, we always put 3 squirts of each on them. Next time you can order it plain. So, I asked, I should justthrow this and my money in the garbage over there. Weal smile and silence ensues. Left. Threw it away. Staff all laughed. Five out of five guys. Burgers were delicious and the fries were great! Definitely gives me the homemade moms cooking vibe. More... on the expensive side but worth it. Free peanuts to eat while waiting too! Read more
Well this was disappointing. We travel on a regular basis, and we look for restaurants that are consistent with quality and... service when we want some comfort food. Five Guys is one of those restaurants. The burgers and fries were overcooked. Neitherdrink machine would dispense due to lack of cleaning. It was a safety issue. As you can see in the picture the large fry for thetable was lacking about half of the order. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because they did give us the rest of our overcookedfries. We will drive a good distance out of our way to eat at Five Guys, but not this one again. The only bad experience I havehad at a Five Guys. Read more
Great staff, great food, good times. You should definitely stop in and get some food while you're here at the mall
