At the time of this review there is a great takeout special, so I've been ordering and picking up more pizzas lately. The... quality of the pizza is good, especially when it's hot. My only concern is for the workers, it always seems really busy, andeveryone looks tired and run down. That being said, everyone absolutely works hard and is helpful and professional. As for theactual facilities, it's in a little mall with a second hand store and a parking lot in need of repaving, and is just for pickup,there's no dining room. The customer area is clean, and the payment systems are newer and work well. I also want to highlightthe excellent app, ordering with my phone works great, and it's tied to the physical locations really well. The progress of yourorder is shown in the order tracker and alerts, and also works great. Tying web apps like this to brick and mortar locations isdifficult, but they seem to have nailed it. Finally, for those with covid concerns, there is a plexiglass guard protecting thekitchen from the front counter that's integrated well, and there is an option for them to bring your food to your car fortakeout orders. 5 stars for decent food, service, and outstanding app integration. I wish I could give a zero star. Didn?t receive order and the lady on the phone was not ideal to work with, I?m just using those... words nicely because I don?t know what else to say? except don?t order from this place! Read more

I walked in to order take out at 17th and Van Dorn store. Pizzas were dry on sauce, and skimpy on toppings! I guess you get what... you pay for! It's a shame when I went in to pick up my pies, they couldn't find them? They had my order under someone else'sname! I reached out to management, no response from my feedback?! Read more
I usually don't have issues with this location, but today was not good. My order went to quality check at 4:20 but was not... delivered until after 5:00. 45 minutes for a quality check is unacceptable. The pizza was barely warm when it arrived, and atleast 2 inches of crust had nothing on it. Very disappointed in the service and quality today. Read more
The communication was poor with a bad connection continuously cutting out. We ordered (2) 16 pc Parmesan bites and a large... Hawaiian pizza with extra marinara and add jalapeños. And extra marinara for our bites. They arrived and when we went to eatthe Parmesan bites had no marinara and were over baked and dry and hard. The pizza had no extra marinara let alone marinara onthe pizza the only thing right was the jalapeños!! Not the first time they have been a disappointment!???? Read more
Placed order, 15 minutes later get a call stating it?s going to take 1.5 hrs for deliver, when asked if I could pick it up they... refused because it was a little after 10 pm, with no other option I had to cancel my order which now will take 3-5 days toreturn purchase to my card!!!!
